Trauma
Our past can greatly influence our present and future. I believe that we can take back control of the future by working through the past. Though this work can be distressing at times, it can also allow for healing so that our past stays in the past.
Mood Management
Feelings are an inescapable part of the human experience. Some are welcome and others we would rather throw out with the weekly recycling. Like it or not we will have them, and sometimes they get the better of us. If that sometimes is too often there is a way out. Increasing understanding of emotions and increasing mental flexibility can give us the freedom and safety to learn from all our emotions while staying in control.
Connection
Do you find yourself feeling disconnected and always on the outside of things? There are often barriers to connection and in our work together we can uncover some of those barriers and their antidotes to help you build the lasting relationships you desire.

Stress and Overwhelm/life Transitions
When people start worrying excessively, this is a sign of anxiety. When angary outbursts when you’re not even sure what’s bothering you, communication can fall apart. Feeling worn out and run down is another sign of stress. It’s almost like your brain is saying, “We can’t handle this anymore, so I’m going to shut down.” We can learn to slow down, relax, increase clarity and build a life you do not feel the need to escape from.
