Living Tree Wellness Center is seeking to expand into a multidisciplinary team to better meet the metal health needs of Oregon communities. 

​

Ideal Candidates:

• Hold a current Oregon license as an LPC, LCSW, LMFT.

• Have a desire to shape and grow service delivery at Living tree wellness Center. 

• Are open to 1:1 therapy, group services, and animal assisted therapy. 

​

Role and Duties:

• Provide between 15 and 30 direct client hours a week in 1:1 or group therapy. 

• Adhere to laws, rules, regulations and code of ethics for licensure and company policy. 

• Complete Intake assessments, diagnosis, treatment plans, and deliver evidence-based therapeutic interventions

• Maintain clinical case files per state, insurance and board guidelines. Compete documentation promptly (within 48 hours of service provided). 

 

Pay: This is a W-2 non exempt permanent position. Pay is commission-based and determined by experience and direct client hours worked per week.
